I am a huge fan of surveys! I just think its so fun to answer random questions and see what other people say! I found this one and thought it would be a fun way to glide into the weekend!
1. Do you make your bed?
Eh about 70/30 on this one. I love to make the bed but often if D gets up last I don't go back in there to make it. We also have a little boy that naps in our bed on the weekend (with me) so its easier to leave it. I often half make it and just put the covers up and the sleeping pillows. My mother is dying inside! I used to ALWAYS make my bed but D is rubbing off on me!
2. I had a pretty rad first car. It was a 1991(ish) baby BLUE Ford escape station wagon. Let me tell ya it was AWESOME. Also my dad didn't care if I wrecked it because I am sure it was worth about 600 bucks. We moved and he bought me a 2001 silver 2-door Honda Civic and OMG that made me feel so cool!
3. Three grocery items you don’t run out of? Cereal, oatmeal and milk (dictated by Q dude)
4. When did you start doing your own laundry? Not sure- I remember helping put up my clothes around 7 so I guess when my mother decided I could. We didnt really do only our laundry but just helped with the whole family's.
5. If you could, would you go to high school again? Nah. But college HECK yes! Seriously, those were such fun years!
6. Can you parallel park in under three moves? Hahahahha. I am one that just has to walk 12 miles since I can't do this at all.
7. A job you had which people would be shocked to know about? In high school I worked at a Uhaul and storage place. I can hook up a trailer super fast!
8. Do you think aliens are real? Yes, but not sure how it fits in my general faith.
9. Can you drive a stick shift? nope
10. Guilty TV pleasure? Real Housewives (NYC and OC) and McDonalds Diet Cokes. Holy YUM.
11 . Would you rather be too hot or too cold? Too hot.
12. If the world ends do you want to be one of the survivors? My first answer would be no, but then I have to see if Q is still alive. If he is then yes since I want to help him out. I always joke with D that he would be the one taking care of Q because I am such a baby and wouldn't last 2 seconds without modern comforts.
13. Sweet or salty? Can I say both? Being pregnant has for sure just made me want it all. I also think I used to be 100% salty then got pregnant with Q and now I like sweets too!
14. Do you enjoy soaking in a nice bath? Yes!
15. Do you consider yourself strong? Yes, but physically I want to be stronger!
16. Something people do, that drives you crazy? Not take care of their kids!
17. Something you do, physically, that you are sure drives people insane? Smack/pop gum!
18. Do you have any birth marks? No, but I do have moles and freckles!
19. Favorite childhood game? The Game of Life, Mallory and I could play for HOURS.
20. Do you talk to yourself? Yes, but I try to limit it!
21. Do you like doing jig-saw puzzles? Sure, but not something I would seek out!
22. Would you go on a reality show? Totally! I joke there should be a Real Police Wives show. I would get kicked off- we are too boring. Or I would be the friend that everyone goes to lunch with to complain about the others. There are only so many shots of me reading to my toddler that people want to see.
23. Tea or coffee? Coffee!
24. First thing you remember wanting to be when you grew up? EMT/Paramedic. I loved the show Rescue 911. I guess since I married a police officer I still get the thrills via stories!
